About us

At A Touch of Cloth, we prioritize safety for our workers and transparency for our customers. To ensure a safe work environment, we have policies in place. A deposit must be paid at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning slot to allocate cleaners to your property. The remainder of the balance will be paid once the job is completed. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, you have 72 hours to send evidence of areas that need to be re-cleaned, and we will aim to respond and schedule a re-clean within 48 hours. Please note that we cannot guarantee the removal of stains on carpets, but we will do our best to apply the appropriate solution and treatment.
